Quantity Surveyor

£45,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

We’re working with a growing construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into their Runcorn office.

This is a good opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work across concrete repairs, structural repair and civils, where you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects while helping support the growth of the team locally.

• Managing projects commercially from handover through to final account
• Carrying out valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Procuring and managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships
• Supporting with contract administration and commercial negotiations
• Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and control costs
• Identifying risks and opportunities across projects

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering
• Ideally exposure to concrete repairs, structural repair or related works
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts
• Able to manage workloads across multiple projects

• £45k – £70k salary depending on experience
• Opportunity to join a growing office and have input into how things are done
