Our client, Ringway, a trusted provider of highways services to the public sector, is seeking a Structures Supervisor to play a hands-on role in delivering and maintaining bridge and structural assets, guiding projects from planning through to delivery while championing safe, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities from design through to site delivery
• Develop practical plans that meet client expectations and regulatory standards
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across all works
• Carry out site inspections and risk assessments to maintain compliance
• Build positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Work closely with designers, contractors and suppliers to achieve outcomes
• Arrange materials and oversee their timely delivery to site
• Monitor project progress and support effective cost control
• Record completed work and ensure accurate commercial administration
• Support a collaborative environment where issues are solved proactively

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Clear understanding of construction processes and structural works
• Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
• Confident communicator when working with clients and teams
• Ability to organise tasks and manage competing priorities
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to support others
• Problem-solving mindset with practical decision-making skills
• Confidence to take ownership of responsibilities on site
• Motivated to grow and develop within a project environment
• Enthusiasm for delivering infrastructure that makes a difference
