The Opportunity
We are working with a leading organisation delivering works on a major industrial / energy site and we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a civils bias to support ongoing project delivery.
This is a long-term contract opportunity on a secure and well-established site, offering consistent work within a high-compliance, safety-critical environment.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Overseeing civils-based works (groundworks, drainage, infrastructure)
- Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards and site procedures
- Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits and site documentation
- Coordinating works within a live operational environment
- Liaising with stakeholders and reporting on progress
What We're Looking For
We are keen to speak with Site Managers who have:
- Proven experience delivering civils or infrastructure projects
- Strong background in groundworks, drainage, or industrial works
- Experience managing works in live or regulated environments (utilities, energy, industrial, etc.)
- Ability to oversee subcontractors and drive programme delivery
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid
